Dr. Kevin Sadati is known in Orange County as the cosmetic surgeon that patients can trust to provide results. Residents in the area have been frequenting his Newport Beach practice for 10 years now, and they know that Dr. Sadati crafts a cosmetic surgery plan that addresses structural as well as cosmetic issues. Dr. Sadati is known across the country as a pioneer in the industry, one who continues to make strides and provide patients with improvements to popular cosmetic procedures such as the rhinoplasty. There are many reasons that patients prefer to work with Dr. Sadati, among them being the fact that he truly listens to his patients, he gets to know them on a personal level, and he has a very low revision rate.
As an innovator and a pioneer who is dedicated to his profession, Dr. Sadati made it a point to become involved in professional organizations related to the cosmetic surgery industry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). These two organizations are some of the most elite and exclusive groups in the cosmetic surgery industry, and Dr. Sadati is honored to be included among the members, as only the best surgeons in the country are invited to join
One unique fact about Dr. Sadati is that he is not only passionate about medicine and surgical procedures. He has another love in life — art. During his years in medical school, Dr. Sadati also attended art school in the evenings. Not only is he skilled at improving the appearance of his patients through surgical means, he has an appreciation for the true beauty of the human form. He treats every surgery as if it were his own work of art, and this commitment to and passion for art shows in his results.
Dr. Sadati started his education at the University of California Berkeley campus. He was granted a double bachelor’s degree from this institution, in near eastern art and history and molecular cell biology. He spent his years in medical school on the Midwestern University/Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine campus. After completing medical school, he worked as an intern at Michigan State in East Lansing. When he decided to become a surgeon, he studied general surgery at the Pennsylvania College of Medicine in Philadelphia, and it was there that he completed his facial plastic surgery training.

1997 – Neurotology Research:
1. 1) Study of CSF Leak After Acoustic Neuroma Surgery.
2. 2) Development of an algorithm to reduce the incidence of CSF leak after acoustic neuroma surgery. These studies were based on analysis of 500 surgical patients chart, as well as literature search. These data were compiled into charts, graphs, and lecture material that were presented in Copenhagen Neurotological Convention by Dr. Richard Wiet.
Wound Healing Research: Regulatory Effects of IL4 & NO Signaling on Osteoclasts & Osteoblasts. Bone marrow stem cells were induced to differentiate into osteoclasts and Osteoblasts, and then IL4 and Nitrous Oxide were introduced to them. The results indicated that IL4 down regulates the Osteoblasts, and NO upregulates the Osteoblasts.
